Maricella Bullis is an Emergency Room Technician and certified EMT with a decade of service at John C. Fremont Healthcare District. In her role in the Emergency Department, she provides essential frontline care with a strong commitment to patient outcomes and operational excellence.
In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Maricella serves as the Union Vice President and Sergeant at Arms of the AFSCME Local 2703 John C Fremont Chapter. She plays a key role in labor relations and workforce advocacy, working to strengthen staff engagement, morale, and organizational transparency.
Maricella is a dedicated community member and mother of three, currently homeschooling her youngest child. Her work is guided by a deep commitment to the health and financial stability of the healthcare district, as well as to fostering meaningful connections between the hospital, its staff, and the wider Mariposa County community.
Outside of her professional roles, Maricella is active in faith-based service and enjoys writing as a creative and reflective pursuit.
