The Finance Committee oversees the finances of the Foundation by reviewing monthly financial reports, voting on financial decisions, and maintaining financial health. The John. C Fremont Hospital Foundation has a great responsibility to the community of stewarding funds. Financial or legal experience may be required to join this committee.
The Foundation offers a competitive scholarship and grant program for eligible applicants. There are three funding areas: Healthcare District Improvement, Scholarships, and Community Health Projects. The Giving Committee reviews all applications. You can help by analyzing applications to ensure the Foundation’s funding guidelines are met.
The Events Committee is responsible for planning Foundation events and fundraisers, notably, the annual Black and White Ball. You could also be a part of planning activities like Hospital Appreciation Week festivities for Healthcare District employees, public health outreach, and new events. Your ideas and participation are welcome!
The Fundraising Committee assists with all fundraising efforts made by the Foundation whether it be through working closely with the Events Committee on fundraising at events, peer-to-peer campaigns, letter appeals, or planned giving. Your ideas and participation are welcome!
